Project:
Commission to create a 28 metre Children’s Library Curtain, to be permanently situated in the Children’s area of the new state of the art library. The brief stated that the curtain should
be attractive to children, culturally accessible and should create a magical space for storytelling and reading activities.
The completed design incorporates LED’s that are installed between the layers of fabric at the top of the inner curtain; arranged in star constellations, creating an enchanting night-time
atmosphere for storytelling.
